Student Fee Waiver

North Clackamas School District (NCSD) is committed to ensuring that all students have access to all extracurricular opportunities. The district is offering fee waivers to families that meet specific ODE income guidelines.

Fee waivers are based on the Federal Income Guidelines. If your family meets or falls below the criteria listed in the following chart , complete and submit this form, or download the fillable PDF form and submit it to your school.

Participants may qualify for fee waivers if the gross household income falls at or below the limits on the Federal Income Guide.

Federal Income Guideline - Effective from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
