College Credit Opportunities
Sabin-Schellenberg Professional Technical Center has partnered with regional community colleges to allow students to earn both high school and college credits at the same time for approved classes (dual credit). There are multiple ways for students to earn this Advanced College Credit through the classes they are already taking here at Sabin-Schellenberg Center. By taking advantage of this opportunity at Sabin-Schellenberg Center, the same college credits will cost substantially less. Registration process and dates vary for each college.
Dual Credit registration
For students scheduled in Sabin-Schellenberg courses articulated with one of the regional community colleges, below are the timelines for upcoming registrations.
Clackamas Community College
Check with your instructor regarding specific dates for your course
- Fall Term: October 7, 2024 - November 8, 2024: Business & Management 2
- Spring Term: April 7, 2025 - May 9, 2025: All other articulated CCC college credit courses.
Portland Community College
Registration is completed during class.
- March 10, 2025 - April 18, 2025
- Architecture & Design1, 2/3
- Building Construction 1
Lane Community College
Registration is completed during class.
- March 22, 2025 - May 23, 2025.
- Culinary Arts 1.
Linn Benton Community College
Registration is completed during class.
